Magnolia Electric Power is a not-for-profit, consumer-owned electric distribution cooperative serving six counties in Southwest Mississippi. Electric power is distributed in Pike and Walthall and parts of Lincoln, Lawrence, Franklin and Amite counties. The service area is mostly rural. A nine-member Board of Directors elected by the membership governs the cooperative.
The headquarters office is located at 3027 Highway 98 West, west of Summit. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A dispatcher is on duty 24-hours a day, including holidays.

In accordance with the Bylaws of the Association, Magnolia Electric Power’s Annual Meeting is held the fourth Thursday of March at such place in one of the counties of Mississippi within which the Association serves. Generally, Magnolia Electric Power holds their Annual Meeting in Pike County.
The 2025 Magnolia Electric Power Annual Meeting has been set for 6:30 p.m. on March 27, 2025.
